This British headquartered, international company is looking to hire a Commercial lawyer into its main legal team based in Surrey.
Description
This role will report directly into the General Counsel and work within a team of approximately 6 other commercial lawyers. You will be responsible for advising the business (sales, treasury, tax, finance, procurement) on a wide of commercial agreements such as:
- NDA's
- Consultancy Agreements;
- Marketing agreements;
- Engagement Letters;
- Global Service Agreements
Profile
The successful candidate is likely to be a commercial lawyer who has attained a good breadth of contract experience from standard NDA's and marketing agreements up to multi million pound cross-border service agreements. Prior in-house experience would be beneficial (but is not essential). Given the salary and level of work on offer this role is most likely to suit a candidate with around 2 - 4 years of commercial experience (although candidates with more or less experience are encouraged to apply).
