Court Of Protection - Solicitor - Private Client

CRA Legal is working with a large regional firm as they look to appoint a solicitor to their private client department. The work will centred on providing court of protection advice along with other private client work on a more ad hoc basis.

In terms of experience, the banding is rather flexible and they will look at solicitors from 2 years plus qualified experience, ideally having covered estate administration, lasting power of attorney and tax planning/issues.
