A private practice in the East Midlands are looking to recruit a Childcare Solicitor for a New Year start.

Description

This is an opportunity for a Childcare Solicitor to grow an established Midlands team and work with some very experienced and well respected family lawyers.

You'll be part of the wider Family team which houses a number of Senior Partners who will help with your training and development. The Childcare team spans a couple of the firm's offices and the team is well stocked with support staff so you'll get paralegal and secretarial support on your cases.

As you would expect, the team spend a lot of their team in court so you will have the opportunity to run your own matters and have a busy caseload which will require a lot of advocacy. The good work doesn't just sit with the senior lawyers so you will have quality matters to work on.

The team has a good culture and there is a lot of longevity of service at the firm. They are looking for somebody who wants to make a long term career move. There are plenty of examples of solicitors at the firm who have climbed the ranks and had very clear career progression.

Profile

You will be a confident advocate who has experience on a range of Childcare matters. You will be comfortable running with your own matters autonomously. The firm will consider candidates with a range of PQE.
