Residential Conveyancer

Our client, a well-established firm in Birkenhead are committed to providing a professional legal service, proved by being LEXCEL and CQS accredited. This success is solidified in their commitment to building a team of passionate and dedicated legal professionals. Building on continued success this firm require a Residential Conveyancer to join their busy Residential department on a full-time, permanent basis.

This unique opportunity will allow the Residential Conveyancer to be flexible in their role and provide support across the Residential Conveyancing department, stepping in for those team members who are on annual leave. The role will require the Residential Conveyancer to apply their knowledge and skills to a shared caseload. Applications will be considered from those candidates who are qualified Residential Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or equivalent with 2- 5 years' PQE*, with notable Residential Conveyancing experience.
