Our international client is looking for a junior Corporate Associate to join their growing International Corporate Group in London. The Corporate team handles a full range of specialist corporate legal services including M&A (public and private), equity capital markets, private equity/venture capital and joint ventures. A significant amount of their work is cross border and is carried out in sectors which are a key focus for the firm, for example tech and comms, energy and media.
The right Corporate lawyer will be entrepreneurial and highly motivated to take on responsibility at an early stage. Our client has an exceptional reputation, offering a clear path for career progression.
