Leading asset management organisation requires an alternative funds lawyer to join the products team.
You will be involved in high profile and business facing work from the start.
You will ideally have experience with alternative fund ranges across Europe and/or offshore, from a top law firm or in-house with an asset manager.
You will be involved in launching a wide range of funds, and will advise various internal and external stakeholders on legal and regulatory issues affecting the funds.
You will have excellent communication and commercial skills given the client facing and innovative nature of this position.
