Legal 500 firm seeks a full time solicitor in their Putney office to help grow and develop the practice further.
As a solicitor in this Planning team you will sit within a highly established real estate team listed in both Chambers and Legal 500. Having a reasonable understanding of the firm's values and culture, you will be keen to raise the profile of the team. You will represent our clients to the highest standard.
You will undertake varied and high quality work, which will include s106 agreements, compulsory purchase advice (compensation advice and settlement agreements), strategic advice on planning applications, planning appeals, promotion agreements, CIL advice, judicial reviews and high court challenges, highways agreements, CLEUD and CLOPUD applications, advice on permitted development prior approval applications, planning aspects of due diligence.
The firm itself it known for advising energy companies, strategic land owners, property developers, land promoters, charities, retailers and individuals.
