Our client an established Law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join their office in Oldham.
Reporting to the Head of Department the role will include but not be exclusive to:
Assisting conveyancers/and or solicitors with their busy caseload of conveyancing files.
Assuming full responsibility for completions on the day of completion.
You will be dealing with clients and third parties via telephone, and correspondence.
Preparing all relevant documentation that the conveyancing process requires.
The Candidate
In order to be considered for this role candidates must be familiar with the residential conveyancing process and be able to add value to the lead fee earner.
This is a support role but there is ample opportunity to become a fully-fledged fee earner if so desired.
The firm in question has a first rate reputation within the industry for residential and commercial conveyancing.
