Defendant Clinical Negligence - Birmingham
My client is a heavyweight international defendant insurance practice that is seeking to recruit potentially two Clinical Negligence Solicitors to join their highly respected team. You will be entering the department at an exciting strategic point in their development and therefore this is a genuinely exciting prospect for any ambitious Clinical Negligence Solicitor.
My client has a long standing excellent reputation for their work defending Clinical Negligence claims on behalf of the NHSLA, insurers and directly on behalf of the Trusts that they represent. The work they deal with is simply excellent, as is the work that they produce on behalf of their clients earning the firm a deserved reputation for being a leader in this field of law. As they expand the team there are potentially two roles for Solicitors with existing defendant clinical negligence experience, from newly qualified Solicitors (with at least 6 months training experience in defendant clinical negligence) through to someone around the 10 years PQE mark.
The culture of the team is that of a down to earth, friendly and supportive group of lawyers - clearly you will be entering a department where the expectation is for a high level of delivery but there are no egos and attitudes and you will receive constant support and supervision from a highly respected Partner and Associate. The work distribution is merit based so will be awarded on the basis of ability rather than PQE which offers a more progressive feel to the team.
