Residential Property Solicitor – Stratford-upon-Avon

The role:
Working as a Residential Property lawyer in the property division, you will be based at a satellite office which already provides services including: planning, development, investment, landlord and tenant matters, construction and litigation.
You will provide high quality legal service to clients in the sale and purchase of residential properties with particular emphasis on residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including new builds, Shared Ownership, Right to Buy, Help to Buy, London Leaseholds.
