Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer - Solihull
Are you a residential conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer interested in moving your career forwards, increasing your earning potential and undertaking better quality work while still working for a friendly and supportive employer? I have a client that may be able to offer you these things.
My client is a well-regarded high street firm, based in the desirable south Birmingham area, who has steadily grown in recent years. Their residential property team has built a good reputation for their services, including the sales, purchases and remortgages of freehold and leasehold properties and the complex sales and purchases of land. As they plan for their next stage of expansion they are seeking to recruit a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer for their conveyancing team who has the potential, in time, to take a leading role within their property offering.
The firm have built up strong relations with a number of local agents and other referrers based in the wider West Midlands area and would look for the successful applicant to either have contacts of their own, or an appetite to market and network to promote the firm to potential referral sources. In addition it is paramount that you have first rate client skills, in addition to the technical and managerial abilities that someone at Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer level would possess as well as knowledge of the CQS.
As mentioned, in return the firm offers an excellent market rate salary, career progression and a warm and friendly working environment.
