Industrial Disease Solicitor - Manchester

Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment are now recruiting for a Solicitor to join our client's reputable Industrial Disease team based in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your experience in some interesting and challenging areas of Industrial Disease.

The role will involve managing a caseload of Defendant Occupational Disease cases to include WRULD, dermatitis, asthma, cumulative back injuries, food poisoning and carbon monoxide poisoning.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 1 year's experience in managing a caseload Employers Liability work, Candidates from both a Claimant and Defendant background will be considered, though candidates with Defendant experience will be at an advantage.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor with between NQ - 4 years of experience to join a market-leading firm and manage a challenging caseload whilst progressing your career within an award-winning team.

Salary will be negotiable and dependent on level of PQE.
