Company Commercial Solicitor - Plymouth - Devon - South West
Are you looking to make a difference within an established firm in Devon?
This client is small enough to be tactile and nimble, yet large enough to offer a full legal service to significant clients.
The work will be broad and include advising on:
Commercial contracts
Mergers, acquisitions and disposals
Business start ups
Partnership agreements
Shareholder agreements
Joint ventures
Company secretarial matters
Corporate finance
You will have a lead role in guiding the direction of the department. You will of course maintain existing relationships with clients as well as building the client base.
This role could suit a solicitor or legal executive with at least two years experience within company and commercial law.
You may well already be working within another, perhaps larger firm where your promotion opportunities are stunted. This will not be the case at this firm, and your voice really will be heard.
Company commercial solicitors relocating back to the South West will be considered, as will local solicitors seeking a new challenge.
