My client is a Top 50 law firm with offices throughout the UK and Internationally and they are looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor for their office in Glasgow. Salary for the role will be very competitive!
My client is a leading firm and they are looking to recruit a Senior Real Estate Solicitor, the successful Real Estate Solicitor with be dealing with all aspects of real estate issues, including high-value acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, development (including regeneration projects) and the creation and treatment of all kinds of investments. As a firm they act for landowners, occupiers, developers, funders, contractors and professionals across the different sectors. My client also work with landlords and tenants within the institutional, corporate, retail and public sectors - including education and local government.
The successful candidate is expected to be senior PQE (5 yrs+) and have a strong technical background in Real Estate matters. Salary for the role will reflect the persons expertise. Please apply now to be considered!
