Our Client is looking for a Corporate Lawyer, specialising in LLPs and Partnerships with expertise in Corporate, Partnership and LLP law.

You will be advising on both Corporate and LLP/Partnership law and transactions.The work includes:

  • structuring (domestic and international) using corporates/LLPs (domestic and US)
  • establishment
  • regulatory
  • LLP/partnership documentation
  • strategic and management advice eg remuneration mechanisms
  • mergers and de-mergers
  • acquisitions
  • partner recruitment and exits
  • team moves
  • discrimination (negotiation and pre-action)
  • restrictive covenants

Skills required:-

  • Excellent technical lawyer  
  • Excellent grasp of English grammar- orally and in writing
  • Drafting, Negotiation and strong communication skills
