A Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a highly regarded firm based in Leeds. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. This is a great opportunity to join a forward thinking, growing firm.

They are looking for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join the expanding Medical Negligence team. The department manages the full range of Clinical Negligence matters including birth injuries, cosmetic surgery claims, orthopaedic injury, ophthalmic, eye surgery and nursing care claims. Solicitors will manage their own caseload of defendant cases from inception to conclusion; experience will determine the level of work managed in each case.

The successful candidate will have solid clinical negligence experience. You must be a qualified Solicitor with, ideally, upwards of 1 years PQE; however applications from Solicitors/Fee Earners with the relevant experience outside of this PQE will also be considered.
