Motor Fraud Legal Secretary

A Motor Legal Secretary is required for a rewarding opportunity with a Legal 500 law firm. The role will be based in Birmingham and offers an excellent competitive salary and benefits package.

You will be reporting directly to the head of Motor Fraud team. Typical responsibilities will include Setting up of new files/archiving of files, planning and booking of travel arrangements, screening telephone calls, preparing correspondence and documentation via Digital Dictation, Diary Management, assisting with planning and booking travel arrangements, and general ad hoc duties such as photocopying, scanning and faxing etc.

You will have previous experience working as a Motor Fraud PA or Legal Secretary will have a typing speed of at least 65 words per minute with previous experience within Motor. You will confidentially deal with clients in a professional manner at all times, have a strong attention to detail and be able to use your own initiative
