Senior Corporate Lawyer

Fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a busy, Legal 500 firm located in Manchester City Centre.

Our client, a full service, highly successful and growing full service firm in Manchester City Centre are looking to recruit a Senior Corporate Lawyer to their busy team.

This well established and locally influential firm are known for their emphasis on quality, efficiency and client care. Providing a full range of legal services to businesses and individuals, they
are offering a supportive and vibrant working environment, competitive salary and genuine career progression opportunities.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with around 4-10 PQE* who has excellent and proven experience in corporate matters. The role will involve providing a range of clients including SMEs and large PLCs on a variety of corporate matters, including alternative lending structures, corporate compliance and restricting, finance law, LLPs, management buyouts, mergers and acquisitions. The successful candidate must have good experience in a range of corporate matters and be able to hit the ground running in a busy team..

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join this established firm in Manchester City Centre on a full time permanent basis.
