Role: Private Client Solicitor

Description
Our client, a highly respected law firm based in easy commute for Somerset and Wiltshire candidates, are seeking a well-rounded Private Client lawyer to join their busy team on a permanent basis.
The successful applicant needs to be innovative, and more than able to settle into tasks from day one, by handling a full caseload.
Duties include:
- Wills and Probate
- Estate Administration
- Court of Protection
- Tax and Trusts
The ideal candidate will be a senior lawyer with at least 3 years PQE+ and a particular knowledge of tax and trusts.
