Commercial Property Lawyer

Commercial Property Lawyer required to join a Local Authority based in West London for an initial 3 month period.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a friendly authority for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join the team for 3 months, with the high possibility of extension after this.

This role will involve dealing with a range of matters such as assignment of leases, licences and small commercial transactions. A local authority background is not essential for this role, and so it is a great opportunity to gain public sector experience whilst dealing with some interesting work, due to the Council's large property portfolio.
