Residential Conveyancing Locum
Residential Conveyancer required for a growing and well respected firm in Surrey on a locum basis.
Established for over 100 years ago our client is a leading South East law firm specialising in property law matters. On behalf of a client, we are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join a busy firm on a full time locum/interim basis. This firm has an exceptional reputation for providing its' clients with a 5 star service and they have grown significantly as a business in the recent years. The role would suit a Residential Conveyancer who is focussed on providing clients with excellent service and who have an interest in developing long term relationships. This position is expected to run for at least a month, due to an unexpected illness within the current team.
This exciting opportunity will enable the Residential Conveyancer to take care of a full caseload of matters which will include sales, purchases, transfer of equity, freehold and leasehold matters and shared ownership matters. Applications for this Residential Conveyancer role will be considered from qualified solicitors, licensed conveyancers, legal executives or equivalent with at least 3 years' PQE and who have experience working on a wide range of domestic property matters.
