Private Client NQ + Solicitor Bath

Exciting opportunity for an NQ Private Client solicitor, as our client is looking to build up its leading Private Client team. Due to the expansion of the team and success in the developing niche area of international succession and probate, they are now looking for an NQ -3 pqe solicitor to join the Trusts and Estates Team You will be joining a successful, busy and friendly team in the Trusts and Estates department, focusing exclusively on international work. You will be expected to assist other fee earners in their work and work on your own initiative, where it is appropriate and/or necessary for you to do so. You will receive immediate training and support on Private International Law and although the aim is for you to work exclusively on international matters, at any time you may also be expected to deal with matters which do not have an international element, including: domestic Wills, probate, tax, trusts, court of protection, lasting powers of attorney, general powers of attorney and the affairs of the elderly.
