Boutique practice requires a Child Panel Solicitor on a locum basis in London.
A three-partner practice offering a variety of services to individual and commercial clients across the capital and the South East, our client is committed to the provision of first class legal services within the principles of access to justice. They endeavour to deliver personalised, individually tailored services in order to meet the needs of their clients.
The Role
We are now seeking a dedicated Solicitor with Child Panel membership to join our clients’ thriving practice in South East London on a temporary basis to commence November 2016. Hitting the ground running with a demanding caseload incorporating care proceedings, adoptions and applications for special guardianship; the successful Solicitor will undertake advocacy and attend conference as necessary.
The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE and Law Society Child Panel Membership.
You must have solid experience in care proceedings.
You will have excellent technical and organisational skills with the ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.
You will be available from November 2016 for an ongoing, locum assignment.
You will have strong advocacy and client care skills.
