A TMT Lawyer is required for a rewarding opportunity with a regional law firm. The role will be based in Bangkok and offers an excellent salary and benefits package.

Due to the current success of my client's TMT practice they are now looking to strengthen their department with the addition of an accomplished TMT Lawyer. Many of the transactions you will be handling will be of a complex international nature. You will be joining a team of Lawyers who are incredibly accomplished in their field all of whom are Chambers and Legal 500 rated. It is a team who care deeply about their client base, a client base who are both already in operation in the region and looking to expand, or indeed those who have recently entered.

Typically you will be defining strategic and business objectives, negotiating contracts, managing disputes, and capitalizing on technology acquisitions and capabilities to create new market opportunities and your clients will include leading multinational content developers and distributors in the broadcast, entertainment, multimedia, satellite, and high-technology industries. Like with any TMT role you will work cheek by jowl with your colleagues in the Intellectual Property team protecting innovation and ensuring the clearance and licensing of Intellectual Property relating to film, television, radio, and internet content.
