Our client is a west end based financial services organisation with roots in asset management who are seeking an additional lawyer to join the team whose primary responsibility will be as a debt capital markets lawyer
Role will involve:
- Working with the business to map out transaction steps and preparing term sheets;
- Guiding external counsel and progressing the transaction internally;
- Drafting and reviewing documentation, including transactional document on EMTN programme;
- providing advice on other legal and commercial projects
The successful candidate will have 1-3years PQE*
- Prior work experience at a law firm and/or in an in-house legal team and/or in the asset management business
- Demonstrable experience of DCM law
*Candidates outside of this bracket will be considered if they are able to demonstrate the prerequisite experience required.
