Locum Childcare Solicitor

Venn Group's specialist legal team are excited to be recruiting for a Locum Childcare Solicitor to join a Local Authority in the West Midlands.

The position is initially for 3 months and is offered on a full-time basis. Applications are welcome from Qualified Solicitors or Barristers who hold a current Practising Certificate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a full caseload of Childcare matters. The ability to perform their own advocacy is crucial as they will also be required to attend contested and final hearings in both County Court and Family Proceedings Court.

An attractive rate of between £35 - £42 per hour, dependant upon experience, is offered.
