This is a fantastic growth opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Partner seeking a significant but rewarding challenge with a progressive firm.

In this varied role you will be a "rainmaker" with a passion for networking and business development. Moreover, you will ideally have an existing network of clients spanning services, manufacturing and/or outsourcing. Due to the nature of your role you will need to be comfortable introducing your network to an existing team of well regarded Associates.

Alongside being given significant resources to build and maintain outstanding relationships you will have a wide range of tools at your disposal to ensure the Commercial Litigation team flourishes under your leadership.

This role is regarded as a key hire for the organisation and you will ideally be:

• Highly regarded in the Midlands Commercial Litigation market
• Have outstanding business acumen combined with the strength of character to lead an already successful team
• A natural relationship builder
• Relish the opportunity to work within a firm that will reward your ability to grow accounts and work collaboratively with colleagues nationwide and internationally
• A pragmatic Litigator who still enjoys examining the details of the law.
