Our client, a leading international law firm, is now seeking to recruit a Contentious Financial Services Regulation PSL into their London based practice.
The main focus of the role will be financial services regulatory work, with some time spent on corporate crime/investigations and banking litigation. The role will involve advising, supporting and training the firm's Financial Services Regulation team. You will be involved in procedural updates for the team, monitoring legal developments through the use of journals, internet sources and daily alerts, training and skills development and technical training for the wider group and client development.
The successful candidate must have at least 4 years' experience in a PQE in a disputes or regulatory enforcement practice in addition to some experience of private practice. The candidate must have experience as an FSR specialist or in banking or financial services litigation. Strong communication and organisation skills are further prerequisites. Previous PSL experience is desirable but not essential.
