We are seeking a Commercial Property Fee Earner to provide locum cover pending appointment of a permanent member of staff. The assignment will be on an on-going basis and is estimated to continue for a period of 3 to 6 months.

The role will entail autonomously handling a caseload of commercial property matters to include leases, sales, purchases and easements. A dedicated secretary will provide full administrative support. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and assume responsibility for the workload without supervision.

We are keen to hear from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Fee Earners with availability to commence the assignment at the beginning of November or sooner. This role offers excellent flexibility and the opportunity to work from home.

The location is easily accessible and there is free on-site parking.
