Senior Private Equity Associate (5+ PQE)

The highly rated Private Equity team, within this US firm, is seeking a Private Equity Associate in the 5+ PQE level.

The department is led by partners with outstanding reputations in their field who take a hands on approach to mentoring and developing their associates. The firm has an entrepreneurial culture and actively encourages associates to get involved in the growth of the offering in a strong client facing capacity. It presents the fascinating opportunity to work on private equity deals throughout all stages of the private equity life cycle.

The team deals with a broad range of corporate matters within a range of sectors, both domestic and international. You will be working on cross-border M&A transactions advising clients in private equity backed M&As, investment funds, debt providers and management teams.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have strong private equity, corporate M&A and general corporate experience. Furthermore, such a candidate will have great academics and commercial acumen as well as be a team player.
