Corporate Lawyer:

Our client is a leading UK law firm looking for an experienced corporate lawyer to join them on a 6 month fixed term contract. Your responsibilities will include advising on broad range of corporate matters including venture capital and private equity investment, equity capital market fund raising, and mergers and acquisitions.

This is a great opportunity to work for a firm with an exceptional reputation and a unique culture.  

An ideal applicant will have a minimum of 5 years PQE* working for a leading city law firm, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and must have the ability to build strong working relationships quickly.
