Our client, an established West Yorkshire Law Firm, is looking to recruit an experienced Paralegal to join their Pre-Litigation team in Dewsbury.
The position requires managing your own caseload of pre-litigated RTA claims and taking them through the MOJ portal. Along side reporting to the head of department you will be assisting the post issue fee earners and taking on tasks as directed to work independently.
This position offers a competitive salary and progression for the right candidate to be trained up in Litigation. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of dealing with high volume personal injury claims, specifically on the MOJ portal and must have recent experience in a similar role.
