Our client, an established Law firm with offices in the centre of Leeds, is now looking to appoint a Family Solicitor to deal with both publicly funded and private matters.
Reporting directly to the Senior Partner, you will handle a range of matters in the Family Proceedings Court, County Court and High Court. This will include care orders, supervision orders, emergency protection orders, placement orders including interim orders and applications made on an urgent basis. Ideally you will be on the Children's Panel, however someone with experience and a preference of Child Care matters will be strongly considered.
To be considered for this role candidates will have a proven background working as a Family Solicitor preferably with 3-6 years Post Qualified Experience with a focus on Child Care proceedings.
