The Role
We are now tasked with sourcing a pro-active and personable Family or Children Lawyer with Law Society Panel Membership for our client’s highly regarded team in London. With a varied caseload of private and publicly funded work, the successful family / Children Lawyer will have a good working knowledge of Legal Aid processes with a commitment to assisting clients in all circumstances. Particular expertise in financial remedy and children matters with an international element would be advantageous. In addition, the ideal Lawyer will supervise junior members of the department and become actively involved in business development.
