We are looking for a Client Development Manager to work with the regional and national marketing and business development teams of a leading financial consultancy based in the City of London, on a 12 month fixed term contract. 

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client interviews with potential clients in line with the national client experience strategy
• Write detailed reports including SWOT analysis and feedback to client service teams, identifying clear calls to action
• Monitor and track activity post interview
• Analyse and identify feedback themes and insights to share real time using internal communication channels
• Support regional knowledge management initiatives
• Coach partners and managers on client experience best practice
• Assist with national and regional marketing and business development projects as required

Requirements include:
• Experienced BD professional with particular experience in client facing account management
• Extensive financial services sector knowledge and expertise 
• Credible, confident and communicator, with strong influencing skills
• Solid and relevant commercial understanding and experience
• Excellent project management and coordination skills
• A proactive and self-motivated individual
• An active team player
