Property Litigation Solicitor , Birmingham
National law firm in the Top 50 UK Law firms generally are looking to expand their Property Litigation department with the appointment of a solicitor with upwards of 2 years PQE.
This is a team which is noted in the top tiers for the field of Property Litigation.
Working on behalf of national insurer clients you will be enthused by handling complex or high value disputes.
You should have advocacy skills and be able to handle a case throughout all the stages of a Litigation process.
You'll be a technically strong solicitor will good knowledge of all aspects of Landlord and Tenant 1954 Act disputes and rent arrears. You can expect to handle work from large retail clients and to advise clients on dilapidations claims, serving schedule of dilapidations and serving responses, forfeiture and possession claims, dilapidations, rent reviews and insolvency issues impacting on real estate/leases.
Applications from relocators will be considered however you must be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Birmingham area.
