My client is a leading Accountancy Practice and they are looking for someone to join the London office as a Company Secretary. The role will be supporting the partners and provides a range of services including producing statutory documents, filing annual returns and dormant accounts on-line and incorporating companies.

• Completing complex annual returns 
• Filing annual returns and dormant accounts on-line at Companies House
• Reviewing all other annual returns and dormant accounts before sending to the client
• Incorporating companies as required to include multiple share classes and amended articles, and sending all relevant documentation to the clients, making sure that new client forms and relevant money laundering checks are made
• Completing stock transfer documents in a timely and accurate manner making sure that stamp duty is paid within the appropriate time limits
• Completing indemnity documentation for lost certificates
• Preparing and circulating all relevant documentation for annual general meetings
• Producing documents to strike a company off the register in a timely and accurate manner with appropriate board meeting minutes, co-coordinating with the appropriate members of staff
• Preparing documentation required for changes in share capital ensuring that all resolutions are put in place to include capital reductions, purchase of own shares, alphabet shares and re-organisations
• Reviewing each new client added to Co Act with reference to the Companies House filing history
• Raising client bills as appropriate
• Covering the duties of other members of the department when absent
• Producing new client forms and engagement letters for Company Secretarial work 
• Raising statutory paperwork to remove charges
• Preparing the paperwork required in respect of administrative restorations.
• Other duties as required by the role.

Candidate requirements:
• ICSA or working towards ISCA qualification
• Relevant degree preferred but not required
• Previous Company Secretarial experience
• Strong IT skills
• Ability to work both independently 
• High attention to detail
• The ability to multitask, and retain information
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
