This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who is currently in a position where progression will be difficult to move to a firm which is in growth mode.

Your abilities to develop your existing contact base will be essential and being able to demonstrate some following, even if it is below £500,000, is the best way of exhibiting these skills.

The remuneration for this role will vary however it will be competitive for each lawyer's level.
