Position - New Builds Paralegal
Residential Conveyancing/Conveyancer/Conveyancing/Residential Conveyancing/Sales and Purchases/New Builds/Plot Sales/Residential Development/

A new opportunity has opened for a Paralegal or Legal Assistant to join the New Builds team of a London based law practice. The firm have a large Property team encompassing Residential, Commercial Property, Residential Development and New Builds. With this in mind the firm are now looking to bring on a Paralegal that can support the efforts of their Residential Development and New Builds team by providing support to the senior fee earners in this team. This includes opening and closing files on their behalf, management of team diaries and client and third party interaction. In turn the firm have a tried and tested career development plan to move astute Paralegals onto Junior Fee Earners within their New Builds team and modern infrastructure to support their teams.


Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Able to support fee earners.
- Some experience working in a Property environment.
- Experience in working with a case management system.
