The organisation offers a great career development in a digital start up doing a unique piece of work building the central market operating system for the deregulation of a specific utility market from early 2017.
This role will work with the codes(regulations) which specify how the new market will operate. There will be significant amounts of drafting to get the market open and then redrafting as the market matures. This role will also entail commercial contracts (technology, digital, etc) , and they are looking for this role to undertake the full range of legal responsibilities including advice, negotiations, representation and Company Secretariat.
At the moment the work is being outsourced to a Top Law Firm.
The Candidates can come from In House, Regulatory or Practice sectors.
