Sales Negotiator / Administrator – Worcester
An opportunity has arisen for a sales negotiator / administrator to join a friendly and professional law firm based in Worcester.
Our client is seeking an experienced sales negotiator / administrator with good knowledge of the local area, who also has an interest in the property market to join their successful solicitor, estate agency.
You will be offered the chance to develop and progress with the firm and gain the chance to work towards acquiring membership of the national association of estate agents.
Your key duties will include, but not be limited to;
- Convincing prospective clients that your agency is the right one to handle their sale and agreeing terms
- Advertising and promoting properties
- Developing and managing a database of likely buyers
- Arranging appointments and showing potential buyers around the properties
In this sales negotiator / administrator role, you will be expected to work rotational Saturdays, have access to you own vehicle in order to travel from various properties, where you will be able to socialise with likely buyers on a professional level.
