ICSA - Company Secretary - York - Maternity Cover - Temporary


Your new company
The Company Secretarial job is being recruited for by the Life Insurance business, which is part of a FTSE company. The team is based in multiple locations, including London and York and this job can be based out of either location.

Your new role
The position in question will be covering a 12 month maternity cover. The team are looking for someone who can hit the ground running with its core responsibilities: The Senior Chartered Secretary will be company secretary to two board committees, which run in tandem and are held 6 times a year each. The individual will be a Chartered Company Secretary with extensive experience of working with regulated boards and committees. Each team member has their own portfolio of boards/committees that they are responsible for, however those do get mixed up on an annual basis, giving the team members broader experience and exposure.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will be ICSA qualified and have financial services regulated board and committee meeting experience. You will have worked in large and complex organisations and have excellent minute taking and organisational skills.
