Leading Thames Valley law firm seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (1-4 PQE) to join their dynamic Real Estate department. Due to an increased workload in the team a Commercial Property Solicitor is required to take responsibility of their own workload and also assist in larger development projects.

The Real Estate department offers a full range of property services and with strength in depth the team can fully assist clients with their queries. You will take on a broad range of commercial property files including drafting and negotiating leases for offices and retail units, buying and selling investment property, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, transactional licences and landlord and tenant queries.

Requirements:

  • Previous commercial property experience at a Legal500 firm
  • Being able to take a confident and commercial approach to providing legal advice
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
