A rare opportunity for a Senior Private Client Solicitor in Kent within a well established Legal 500 Firm

This is a high level appointment with a top Legal 500 Firm. For this role we are seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor who has at least 8 years PQE behind them within a range of private client matters, coming from ideally a regional or city background.

It is necessary that you possess a wide and in-depth knowledge of usual Private Client matters. The main focus of this role however will be far from the usual administrative duties. You will be required to undertake work relating to Capital Gains Tax planning, problem solving, and Trust and Wills drafting. There is also the possibility handle Court of Protection work and Powers of Attorney work so experience in either of these fields would be advantageous. STEP qualification or working towards such is desirable.
