Corporate Associate Solicitor

This Bristol based heavyweight firm are looking for you as a corporate associate to grow and develop the corporate offering in their Bristol office.

This is an outstanding opportunity for you to develop your corporate transactional career working alongside the partners within the team. At an exciting time of growth within the corporate team you will be at the forefront of developing the corporate offering the firm provides and developing the client base.

You will be handling a range of corporate transactions from inception through to completion and be dealing predominantly with mergers and acquisitions. You will be handling transactions in a variety of different sectors including energy, renewable and private equity organisations on a national and an international level.

You will ideally have 4 years + experience and have experience developing a corporate client list. Experience in supervising solicitors in desirable but not essential.
