Share Schemes Lawyer:
A leading international law firm has instructed us on an opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join their share scheme team to assist them for a six month period, while they make a permanent hire.
You will be working closely with both partners and senior associates The firm has a strong global presence so you will be involved in a lot of high level work for both multinational as well as UK clients.
The ideal candidate is likely to have upwards of 2 years PQE and have extensive experience of employee share plan issues.
