Considering this, our client are looking to recruit an Insolvency Solicitor to join their busy team on a full-time permanent basis.
This Insolvency Solicitor role will require the successful candidate to cover a full range of contentious Insolvency matters on behalf of the firm's business and individual clients as well as Insolvency Practitioners, from winding up petitions and bankruptcies to more complex work arising from insolvencies. Applications will be considered from those candidates who are a qualified Insolvency Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE*, with strong experience in Insolvency litigation.
The successful Insolvency Solicitor candidate will have exceptional technical ability, be self-motivated and a determination to provide quality legal advice to their clients.
