Child Care Solicitor

Sue Ross Legal is excited to be assisting in the recruitment of fantastic opportunity that has arisen for an experienced qualified Solicitor to join the Child Care Team within a South Yorkshire 
practice.   Children Panel Accreditation is not essential for this role.

You will be working as part of the team in a managerial position being responsible for the management of other staff members including dealing with appraisals as well as providing legal services to clients and intermediaries.

Duties will include:-

- Advising on matters relating to all aspects of Care Proceedings
- Drafting legal documentation and correspondence
- Attending Court 
- Developing relationships and promoting the image and ethos of the firm, externally and internally

You will have excellent organisational, time management and communication skills with the initiative for practice development.
