We have just been briefed this exciting new finance position for a junior banking finance lawyer to join the prestigious banking finance team. They are looking for an enthusiastic and talented banking and finance lawyer with a grounding in broad banking work to join their leading international practice acting for banks, sponsors and major corporates on a broad range of transactions. The team is involved in syndicated lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, restructuring & insolvency, financial structuring and asset finance transactions. Enthusiasm for BD and client relations as well as good organisational and interpersonal skills are desired for this fantastic and rare opportunity for the right talented individual.
