Private Client Solicitor 5 years +

Our client is a well-respected multi-sited Legal 500 Law firm on who are looking for a Private Client Solicitor 5 years + PQE to join team of a dozen fee earners make up the firm’s largest department.  

The Role

The team’s work spans a wide range of private client topics, from capital tax planning for high net worth individuals, the preparation of Wills both complex and otherwise, estate administration, trust creation and administration, Court of Protection work and powers of attorney.

Within easy reach of London, the head office in Bromley is complemented by branch offices in nearby Beckenham and West Wickham, whose staff include members of the team. The focus of the Private Client department is on the building and maintenance of long-term relationships with clients; responsive, personal service; accessibility and the development of technical excellence.

The Candidate

• The successful candidate will have an excellent technical background and 5 years + in Private Client
• High quality experience across all areas of tax and estate planning
• Complex Will drafting, trust creation
• Court of Protection applications and the law relating to Lasting/Enduring Powers of Attorney
• Ideally be STEP qualified
